This registration form is not intended for use by industry representatives. ​Reps interested in attending should contact Midwest AAOE. 
Meeting Registration Fees:
EARLY BIRD PRICING - Register by July 1st to qualify for Early Bird registration! 
  • Midwest AAOE Member:                                   $175​
  • Non-Member:                                                      $275
REGULAR PRICING - Applies to all registrations effective July 2nd.
  • Midwest AAOE Member:                                   $225​
  • Non-Member:                                                      $325

A $50 surcharge applies to all registrations after August 20, 2026. Also note that any cancellations after July 1, 2026, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after August 24, 2026.​
Upon registering, you will receive an email from Midwest AAOE titled "Midwest AAOE Housing Instructions & Registration Confirmation." This email will contain information on how to book your stay in our group block at Hotel Phillips Kansas City, Curio Collection by Hilton . The cut-off date for the group block is Thursday, September 3rd, 2026. However, rooms can sell out before that date. We encourage you to register and make your hotel reservations early!
