- Non-Member: $275
REGULAR PRICING - Applies to all registrations effective July 2nd.

- Non-Member: $325
Friday Dinner Event
Savor an exquisite farm-to-table buffet dinner on the picturesque grounds of The Elms Hotel and Spa, nestled beneath the charming Gazebo. Delight in seasonally inspired dishes crafted from the freshest local ingredients, paired with handcrafted fall-themed cocktails that capture the essence of autumn.

Please note: Any cancellations after July 1, 2025, will incur a $40 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after August 18, 2025. A $40 surcharge will apply to all registrations received after August 20, 2025.
Upon registering, you will receive an email from Midwest AAOE titled "Midwest AAOE Housing Instructions & Registration Confirmation." This email will contain information on how to book your stay in our group block at The Elms Hotel and Spa. Please make your reservations in our block by August 28, 2025. However, rooms can sell out before that date.
