Meeting Registration Fees:
EARLY BIRD PRICING - Register before August 19th to qualify for Early Bird registration!
  • Midwest AAOE Member:                                   $175​
  • Non-Member:                                                      $275
REGULAR PRICING - Applies to all registrations effective August 19th.
  • Midwest AAOE Member:                                   $225​
  • Non-Member:                                                      $325
Friday Event Fees - Puttery Kansas City
  • Friday Event Ticket- Food & Beverage Only                                $50 per person​
  • Friday Event Ticket- Food, Beverage, & Putt Putt Golf              $65 per person
Please note: Any cancellations after September 18, 2024, will incur a $40 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 1, 2024. A $40 surcharge will apply to all registrations received after October 14, 2024. ​
Upon registering, you will receive an email from Midwest AAOE titled "Midwest AAOE Housing Instructions & Registration Confirmation." This email will contain information on how to book your stay in our group block at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club. Please make your reservations in our block by September 26, 2024. However, rooms can sell out before that date.​
